In the post, Milind has answered the questions asked by his fans. You can see these as Milind's fitness mantra. they write-

For running, I wear either a five-fingered Vibram, which is clipped to the thumb. Or Luna sandals. I find closed shoes uncomfortable, I can't run with my natural form.

For me, soft or hard surfaces don't matter, technology matters. So run smoothly.

Running properly and regularly strengthens the legs and running is good for the knees.

If you are just starting out, resuming, are sick or injured, you are overweight, start with a very slow pace and short distances. Regularity is the key to improvement.

If I am running 5-6 kms a day then I do not need any special diet. If I am running 50-60km a day I may need to eat more.

I don't use sunscreen. After running, if the sun has become too strong, I apply a little curd on my face, and wash off with water when it dries. Skin feels good, tan looks amazing.

Milind Soman, 55, shared the post and wrote – People still ask me if I am so fit, how did I get infected. If you have good fitness and health, it will help you deal with this virus so that you do not get sick. But, your fitness cannot stop you from getting infected. Any person can become infected. But not every infected person will get sick.
